Armoured doors are special locking systems that are generally used as entry doors to homes because they offer greater protection against attempted intruders. There are many types and variations of security doors to suit every need.

 Burglar-resistant class 3 security doors are designed to resist all attempts at intrusion by means of tools, such as crowbars or screwdrivers, with a resistance of 5 to 10 minutes. 

 Armoured doors with an anti-burglary class of 4 or higher resist attacks by the most experienced burglars, who use more complex tools in addition to the classic tools used for level 3 doors.

 They are particularly suitable for the protection of semi-detached, detached houses, and in the higher classes they can even protect rooms containing confidential documents, the military, banks, clockworks, nuclear plants and embassies.

They are definitely suitable for use outdoors in environments with a medium level of criticality and which are not excessively exposed to the sun's rays.

 All armoured doors with pvc or aluminium panels are used outdoors, which are particularly exposed to atmospheric agents because the type of material used is very resistant to wear and tear. Pvc cladding is easy to work with, as it is made directly using a mould and only then painted. Aluminium cladding, on the other hand, not only has the advantage of being easy to work with, but is also very practical, safe, light, robust and durable.
